These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of blockvet.io and the BlockVet security‑intelligence platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01 The Service
BlockVet aggregates and presents security scores, audit records, smart‑contract scans, holder data, market figures and news relating to blockchain projects and tokens. The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only.
02 Security ratings — no guarantee of safety
Security audits do not guarantee 100% accuracy
A security audit, score or grade displayed on BlockVet — including a high rating such as "AAA" or a top security score — does not mean a project is 100% safe, risk‑free or free of vulnerabilities. No audit, score, rating or scan can guarantee complete accuracy or completeness.
In the field of security, new threats and vulnerabilities emerge every single day. The information on BlockVet is based on the latest data available to us and to our third‑party sources at the time of collection, and it can become outdated or incomplete without notice.
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to assess whether a project is sufficiently secure for your needs, to conduct your own independent research and due diligence, and to accept the risks of interacting with any blockchain project, token or smart contract.
03 Not financial or investment advice
Nothing on BlockVet constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, nor a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any token or asset. Crypto assets are volatile and high‑risk; you may lose some or all of the value involved. Always consult qualified professionals before making decisions.
04 Accuracy of data & third‑party sources
Much of the content on BlockVet is aggregated from third‑party providers and public on‑chain data. While we strive for quality, we do not warrant that any information is accurate, current, complete or error‑free. Data may be delayed, mislabelled, attributed to the wrong entity, or contain inaccuracies originating from upstream sources. You should independently verify any information that matters to you.
05 "As is" — no warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free.
06 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockVet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, assets, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Service, your reliance on any rating or information, or your interaction with any project, token or smart contract referenced on the Service.
07 Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not misrepresent BlockVet data or present it as a guarantee of safety to third parties.
08 Intellectual property
The BlockVet name, logo, design, original text and the compilation of data on the Service are owned by BlockVet or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Underlying data may belong to its respective third‑party sources. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the Service or its content except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

10 Changes to the Service & Terms

11 Governing terms
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlockVet regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
